A pre-qualification letter is a quick over-view of your financial fitness that verifies your credit score and whatever else the lender deems necessary information.
Be careful with your finances. If you are going to pay for your new home with a mortgage this is not a good time to make a large financial purchase or change jobs. Always look for a home by showing your financial strength.
