Cazenovia

Cazenovia, NY is a town in Madison County located on the southwest shore of Cazenovia Lake.  This charming village is filled with meticulously cared for architectural history and the entire town has the feeling of a Norman Rockwell painting.  It was recently nominated by Budget Traveler as the “coolest small town in America”.  Founded in 1793 by John Lincklaen, it seems to have kept most of its charm from yesteryear.

There is a mix of mansions and summer cottages, historic village homes, and farmland that makes Cazenovia real estate very exciting.  The schools in Cazenovia are highly rated.  Most people own their own homes, and the residents are welcoming to newcomers and weekend tourists.
